Kadeem Cooper is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in policy and legislative roles. Most recently, Kadeem serves as Senior Counsel for Policy at Airbnb and previously held the position of Senior Counsel for Chairman Dick Durbin on the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary. Kadeem's experience includes working as Policy Counsel for the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and various roles in the U.S. House of Representatives, including Counsel for the House Committee on Oversight and Reform and Legislative Director. With a foundation in law as an Associate at prestigious firms such as Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Covington & Burling LLP, Kadeem has also contributed to academia as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Law School. Kadeem holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
