The Idea Center at Miami Dade College (MDC) is an entrepreneurship and innovation hub that supports students, faculty, staff, and the local community in developing and launching business ideas through coaching, workshops, mentorship, and access to resources. Mr. Navarro served as Chairman from 2012-2017. He was recently named Chairman Emeritus. The LBA Academy is the first business charter high school started by a business association, such as the LBA, in the United States. We are very proud that our efforts at the LBA Academy are being noticed. Our commitment to our community and our industry is having a tremendous impact that will be felt by generations to come.
